Quality Control
INWARD RAW MATERIAL
Assess physical parameters such as width and GSM. Conduct random checks for overall quality and defect identification.
FINISHED FABRIC QUALITY CONTROL
Monitor shade changes post-washing and due to sunlight exposure. Perform physical parameters tests on finished fabric. Conduct fastness and dimensional stability tests (eg. Shrinkage). Evaluate reflectance values using a spectrophotometer to determine whiteness index.
INWARD DYES & CHEMICALS ASSESSMENT
Zdhc Level 3 and oeko tex approved dyed only
Examine the strength or purity of dyes and chemicals.
COLOR MATCHING
